All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- There is a public car park. There is an unmarked space for people with impairments (300 cm x 500 cm). The distance from the car park to the entrance is 30 m.
- The parking lot and the way to the entrance Haus Jenner are not easy to walk on and drive on due to the surface quality.
- The Haus Jenner can be reached via a 300 cm long external ramp with 17 % gradient (entrance via the dining room with 4 cm threshold), alternatively via the main entrance with two steps without handrail.
- At the inside entrance to the dining room there is a 100 cm long ramp with 9 % gradient.
- The evaluated rooms are in Haus Untersberg. The entrance is accessible without steps and thresholds via external paths, some of which are 92 cm wide. The way is partly not well accessible and passable.
- The reception counter is 94 cm to 115 cm high. There is a possibility of communication while sitting.
- The evaluated rooms available for the guest on the ground floor in Haus Jenner and Haus Untersberg are steplessly accessible, the rooms in the cellar (Haus Jenner) only via stairs with handrail.
- Doors and passageways on the ground floor are at least 90 cm wide, in the cellar at least 80 cm.
- There are wheelchair accessible tables in the dining room.
Haus Untersberg: room VO.01 (shared room)
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bedroom are 150 cm x 150 cm in front of the main immobile furnishings, 220 cm x 233 cm to the left of the bed and 86 cm x 233 cm to the right. The bed is not wheelchair accessible.
- The height of the bed is 61 cm.
- There is a washbasin in the room. The manoeuvring spaces in front of it are 150 cm x 150 cm. The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while seated.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the sanitary room are as follows:
in front of the toilet at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
left of toilet 200 cm x 70 cm,
the toilet cannot be accessed from the right. - Handles that can be folded up are available on both sides of the toilet.
- The steplessly accessible shower is 200 cm x 200 cm. A shower chair and horizontal handles are available.
Haus Untersberg: room VO.03 (shared room)
- The manoeuvring spaces in the bedroom are 150 cm x 150 cm in front of the main immobile furnishings, 138 cm x 230 cm to the left of the bed and 160 cm x 180 cm to the right. The bed is not wheelchair accessible.
- The height of the bed is 61 cm.
- There is a washbasin in the room. The manoeuvring spaces in front of it are 150 cm x 150 cm. The washbasin is wheelchair compatible and the mirror can be seen while seated.
- The manoeuvring spaces in the sanitary room are as follows:
in front of the toilet 170 cm x 170 cm;
left of the toilet 87 cm x 70 cm, right 141 cm x 70 cm. - Handles that can be folded up are available on both sides of the toilet.
- The steplessly accessible shower is 150 cm x 150 cm. A shower chair and horizontal handles are available.
Public toilet Ladies/Men in the basement
- There is no toilet designed for people with disabilities. The cabin doors are 62 cm wide.

- There are bright and glare-free tables in the dining room where there are no lamps standing or hanging to restrict the field of vision. There are no seating areas with low ambient noise.
- In room VO.01 at least one electrical outlet is available near the bed, in room VO.03 not.

- Assistance dogs are allowed.
- The entrances Haus Jenner and Haus Untersberg are visually contrasted to their surroundings and can be recognized by a tactile change in the floor covering.
- Glass doors are not marked with safety markings.
- Indoor and outdoor staircases do not have high-contrast step surfaces. Handrails are mostly available.
- There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/space.
- Information is not available in well readable font.
- All areas raised that are available to the guest are brightly lit and glare-free.
- Operating elements are tactilely detectable almost everywhere and visually rich in contrast.
- Walkways are visually contrasted everywhere and marked with tactile markings almost everywhere or the walls can be used as orientation guidelines.
- There is no uninterrupted guidance system (e.g. ground indicators) available.
