- There is a public car park. Parking spaces for people with disabilities are not marked (parking space size: 380 cm x 500 cm, distance to entrance: 7 m).
- The path from the car park to the entrance (cobblestone pavement) is not easy to walk and drive on.
- The entrance to the youth hostel in the basement is steplessly accessible (threshold 3 cm).
- The reception is on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase with 21 steps and one-sided handrail.
- The reception counter is 95 cm high. There is no equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
- The evaluated areas on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor can only be reached via stairs with handrails (reception, rooms, dining rooms, conference and leisure rooms).
- Doors are at least 70 cm wide (exceptions: bathroom door in room 102 with 68 cm)
- There are no revolving or rotating doors.
- In the dining room there are wheelchair accessible tables.
- There is no toilet designed for people with disabilities. The door widths are 68 cm to 77 cm.
Room 102 (8 person-bedroom) on the 1st floor, old building
- The manoeuvring space in the bedroom is 128 cm x 400 cm in front of essential immobile furnishings, 180 cm x 200 cm to the right of the bed, to the left the bed stands next to the wall.
Room 104 (double room) with shower, toilet on the 1st floor, old building
- The manoeuvring space in the bedroom is 160 cm x 200 cm in front of essential immobile furnishings, 160 cm x 150 cm to the right of the bed, to the left the bed stands next to the wall.
- The bathroom door is 68 cm wide.
- There is no toilet designed for people with disabilities.
- The height of the shower tray to the floor at ground level is 25 cm. The shower area is 63 cm x 58 cm.
- A shower chair or grab handles are not available.

- There is an alarm in the building. It is visibly perceptible in the following rooms: Disco in the basement
- There is no audio induction loop.
- In the dining rooms there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact. Seating areas with low background noises are available.
- In room 104, a freely available electrical outlet is available near the bed, but not in room 102.

- Assistance dogs are not allowed.
- The entrance area is visually contrasted to the surrounding area and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
- All evaluated areas usable by the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- There is sometimes a visual contrast between the floor covering and the stairways.
- Signs are available in clearly legible font.
- Indoors and outdoors there is no uninterrupted guidance system (e.g. floor indicators).

- Name and logo of the company are clearly recognizable from the outside at the entrance.
- Business cards/brochures with address and telephone number of the host are visibly displayed at the reception.
- There is no information in easy language. Information for orientation is provided in photorealistic representation.
- There is no colored or pictorial guidance system.
- There is an uninterrupted guidance system. The path signs are at a visible distance.
