  • There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities.
  • The path from the car park to the entrance is 60 m long and has a maximum longitudinal slope of 6.5% over a distance of 25 m.
  • The building is accessible without steps.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 85 cm wide with the exception of the door to the public WC (80 cm).
  • The reception desk is at its lowest point 70 cm high.
  • There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the dining rooms (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

  • The manoeuvring spaces in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) and to the left or right of single beds are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • The lower beds are 51 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the WC and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    to the left and right of the WC at least 90 cm x 71 cm.
  • There are fold-up grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
  • The washbasin is accessible and the mirror can be viewed while standing or sitting.
  • The sleeperless shower is 150 cm x 150 cm. A shower seat and grab rails are provided.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Room W201 (shared room)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:

  • The lower beds are 45 cm high.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:

  • The alarm is clearly visible in the entire building.
  • There is no audio induction loop system.
  • In the dining rooms there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

Rooms S205, S207, W201 and W203 (multi-bed rooms)

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
  • WiFi is offered.

  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast, but not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
