- There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground car park (parking space size: 363 cm x 595 cm).
- There are various in front of the hotel. The path from the bus stop to the hotel entrance is easy to walk and drive on.
- The hotel is is steplessly accessible via the main entrance.
- All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible or via an elevator.
- The elevator cabin measures 110 cm x 217 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: the narrowest passageway in room 601 (82 cm).
- The reception desk is 116 cm high at its lowest point. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
- There are wheelchair accessible tables available in the breakfast room and bistro (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
