Old Kurhaus (BULLIK.PHOTOGRAPHY)

The Old Spa House is the former spa center and today houses a restaurant and the Library by the Sea in addition to the Hall of Mirrors, which is used for events such as concerts and wedding ceremonies. It is located in the spa park with a view of the Zwischenahner Meer. Due to its architecture, the Old Spa House is a popular sight, which is often used as a photo motif for vacationers.

  • The path from the car park to the entrance is 170 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 7 % over a distance of 25 m.
  • The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level or via elevator.
  • The ramp has a maximum gradient of 7 % and a total length of 8 m.
  • The elevator cabin measures 100 cm x 210 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.

Public toilet for people with disabilities (basement)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of the toilet and the washbasin 200 cm x 147 cm; left of the toilet 130 m x 55 cm and right of the toilet 81 cm x 55 cm.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger is available.
