The hotel has eight floors, WLAN access in the lobby and in the rooms, a restaurant and two bars as well as an event area with six modular conference rooms of different sizes. 

A sauna with a terrace over the roofs of Berlin and a small, modern fitness area are part of the wellness facilities.

  • There are four marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground park (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • The rail station is 150 m away.
  • The building is steplessly accessible.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via
  • There are two sets of lifts (to the right of reception and at the Tapas Bar entrance):
    The lift cars are 105 cm x 208 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
  • Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • Exception: The door to the sauna cabin is 64 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is 115 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
