All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are four marked parking spaces for people with disabilities in the underground park (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The rail station is 150 m away.
• The building is steplessly accessible.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via
• There are two sets of lifts (to the right of reception and at the Tapas Bar entrance):
  The lift cars are 105 cm x 208 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide.
• Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• Exception: The door to the sauna cabin is 64 cm wide.
• The reception desk is 115 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
• There are wheelchair accessible tables in the restaurant, but not in the tapas bar. (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

Room 618 (double room, 6th upper floor)

• There are other identical rooms.
• The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are 100 cm x 200 cm.
• There is a connecting door to another room available.
• The narrowest passageway in the bedroom is 100 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 100 cm;

• The bed is 60 cm high.
• The bathroom is not designed for people with disabilities (very small manoeuvring spaces, no grab rails, etc.).
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.

Room 657 (double room, 6th upper floor)

• There are a total of fifteen rooms of this type, where the WCs can be accessed either from the left or from the right.
• The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 145 cm x 150 cm.
• The narrowest passageway in the bedroom is 100 cm wide.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 200 cm x 145 cm;
  left of the bed 160 cm x 140 cm;
  right of the bed 160 cm x 170 cm.
• The bed is 60 cm high.
• They are retractable into the wall.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:

Public toilet for people with disabilities (ground floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:

• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger is available.

Public toilet for people with disabilities (1st upper floor)

• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  right of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm, no manoeuvring space on the left.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• An alarm trigger is available.
