Art Gallery Erfurt in the "Haus zum Roten Ochsen"

Located in the historical heart of Erfurt, behind the Renaissance façade of the "Haus zum Roten Ochsen", the Kunsthalle Erfurt presents positions of national and international fine art from modernism to the immediate present in changing exhibitions since 1979. The facility is one of the largest of its kind in Thuringia. The Kunsthalle team is committed to an innovative, cosmopolitan and value-oriented culture. The aim is and remains to enable artistic discoveries, to create an interested public for them and to offer a forum for the discussion of aesthetic and social positions.
