  • There is one unmarked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm). The parking space is exclusively available for this apartment.
  • The path from the car park to the entrance is 6 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 7 % over a distance of 4 m.
  • The building is steplessly accessible via the main entrance via treshold of 3 cm.
  • Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level. Exception: The terrace is only accessible via a treshold of 5 cm.
  • Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide. Exception: The narrowest passageway in bedroom 2 is 89 cm wide, the door to the bathroom is 78 cm wide.

Living Room/Kitchen

  • The manoeuvring spaces in front of/behind the door are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
  • The dining table is wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
  • The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • The ringing or knocking on the door is not indicated by a flashing signal which can be detected in all rooms.
