  • There are 2 unmarked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 400 cm x 500 cm). The surface quality of the car park is not easy to walk and drive on.
  • The bus stop Dangast-Nationalparkhaus is 80 m away.
  • The path from the bus stop / car park to the entrance is 15 m long. It is not easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 5 % over a distance of 3 m.
  • The building is infinitely accessible via a treshold of 4 cm.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are infinitely accessible at ground level.
  • Almost evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
  • Exception: The door to the course room is 82 cm wide.
  • The cash desk is at its lowest point 95 cm high.
  • The exhibits are predominately visible when seated.
  • The information on the exhibits is predominately readable when seated.

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin 130 cm x 147 cm;
    left of the toilet 115 cm x 57 cm, no manoeuvring space on the right.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink has limited access.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger (cord, button) is not available.
