Youth Hostel Bayreuth
Innovative, integrative, international - three attributes that give the new building complex of Bayreuth Youth Hostel a new flair that is so far unique in Bavaria. In 45 rooms with space for 180 guests and modern, inviting public guest areas, the Bavarian Regional Association defines a new quality of stay.
Musical flair in Bayreuth. Enjoy your stay in the unique atmosphere of the DJH Youth Hostel in the Wagner city. Opened in 2017, the youth hostel building complex is largely designed to be disabled-friendly and accessible. 14 rooms were designed with the requirements of guests with disabilities in mind. This means that our house also offers a high level of comfort to guests with physical limitations. This makes our integration youth hostel unique in Bavaria.
From our youth hostel you can quickly reach the city's sights such as the Margravial Opera House, the New Palace and the Festival Theatre. For those who love nature, the hostel is the starting point for excursions to the Fichtelgebirge and Franconian Switzerland.
You can also look forward to the area around the youth hostel, where a multifunctional field and numerous green spaces create blossoming oases in the Wagner city of Bayreuth, especially in the warm summer months.
