The exhibition extends over 12 individually designed rooms, bringing each era to life and making it tangible. The tour begins impressively in the middle of the Varus Battle, where visitors can feel the atmosphere of the historical conflict first hand. From there, the path leads up the steps of a medieval castle, right into the center of knightly life. Here, the Middle Ages can be experienced in all its facets. Another highlight is the interactive encounter with Johannes Gutenberg, where guests can try their hand at a faithful replica of his printing press and understand the significance of his invention.

The exhibition culminates in an emotional finale: the reunification of Germany. Visitors enter a replica S-Bahn carriage from this period and immerse themselves in the joy and euphoria of a celebrating crowd that brings this historic moment to life.
