All areas relevant to testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility tested - partially barrier-free for people with walking disabilities".

- There are two marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
- The path between the parking lot and the side entrance (ground floor) is 75 m long and has a longitudinal inclination of max. 6% over 30 m.
- The building can be steplessly accessed via the side entrances (door threshold of 4 cm height).
- All evaluated rooms and facilities that can be used by the guest are stepless or accessible via an elevator.
- The elevator cabin measures 90 cm x 140 cm.
- All evaluated doors / passages that can be used by the guest are at least 81 cm wide.
- The reception desk is 106 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while sitting.
- In the dining rooms there are wheelchair accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).

Room B 15 "Krakau" (single bedroom, ground floor)
- The maneuvering spaces are as follows:
- in front of essential, immobile furnishings (e.g. cupboard) at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
- 260 cm x 170 cm to the left of the bed; to the right the bed stands next to the wall.
- There is a folding bed that can be used by an accompanying person.
- A nursing bed cannot be provided.
- The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are as follows:
- in front of the washbasin and in front of the toilet 180 cm x 125 cm;
- left of the toilet 70 cm x 53 cm; right of the toilet 23 cm x 53 cm.
- There is a handle which can be folded up to the left of the toilet.
- The washbasin has limited wheelchair access.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- The shower measures 100 cm x 100 cm.
- There are grab handles in the shower. A shower seat is available.
- An alarm trigger is present.
Room B 02 "Znaim" (single bedroom, basement)
- The maneuvering spaces are as follows:
- in front of essential, immobile furnishings (e.g. cupboard) at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
- to the right of the bed 260 cm x 240 cm; to the left the bed stands next to the wall.
- A nursing bed cannot be provided.
- The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are as follows:
- in front of the washbasin and in front of the toilet 160 cm x 120 cm;
- 30 cm x 53 cm to the left of the toilet ; 70 cm x 53 cm to the right of the toilet.
- There is a handle which can be folded up to the right of the toilet.
- The washbasin has limited wheelchair access.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
- The shower measures 100 cm x 100 cm.
- There are grab handles in the shower. A shower seat is available.
- An alarm trigger is present.
Public toilet for people with disabilities (ground floor)
- The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are as follows:
- in front of the washbasin and in front of the toilet at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
- 110 cm x 57 cm to the left of the toilet; 47 cm x 57 cm to the right of the toilet.
- There are handles which can be folded up to the right and left of the toilet.
- The washbasin has limited wheelchair access.
- The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting
- An alarm trigger is present.

- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is only confirmed acoustically.
- In the dining rooms there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact.
- There is no seating area with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).
Room B 15 "Krakau" and B 02 "Znaim" (single bedrooms)
- There is at least one freely available outlet near the bed.
- The ringing or knocking on the room door is indicated by a flashing signal which can be perceived in all rooms.
- WiFi is offered.
